MOTIVATED

(10) 1 hour individual training sessions - 3 week interval

Maximum attention from personal trainer to teach you how to achieve your fitness goals. Intensity is higher, results are starting to show.

DEDICATED

(15) 1 hour individual training sessions - 5 week interval

Maximum attention from personal trainer to teach you how to achieve your fitness goals. Intensity is much higher, results are really starting to show.

GURU

(20) 1 hour individual training sessions - 6 week interval

Maximum attention from personal trainer to teach you how to achieve your fitness goals. Intensity is strong, results are shaping into permanent form.

ATHELITEZ

(30) 1 hour individual training sessions - 10 week interval

Maximum attention from personal trainer to teach you how to achieve your fitness goals. Intensity is maximized, transformation has taken place.

ACC

(Athelitez Circuit Training)
(1) 1 hour group training

Workout with friends and family or make news ones with out fitness team. (8 people max). Instruction is given by our trainer, effort is up to you.
All motivated, dedicated, guru and Athelitez level members of Athelitez will receive monthly gifts and incentives for free. If you are dedicated to yourself, we will be dedicated to you. Remember, be selfish, invest in yourself, so you can give back and live longer.
